Defining herself as a modern-day Renaissance woman, Michelle is driven by her passion to be a person of influence, empowering and inspiring others to leverage their God-given strengths that will lead them to fulfilling their dreams! With a proven track record for inspiring a positive attitude by tapping into her sense of humor and natural strengths of adaptability, empathy, activator, connectedness and maximizer, she is dedicated to coaching and mentoring others to reach their full potential that will lead them toward fulfilling their dreams.  

With a background that encompasses a variety of roles in the field of human resources, small business and entrepreneurial development, customer service, organizational development and talent development, Michelle is a natural leader highly skilled in partnering and establishing interpersonal relationships.   Key accomplishments include designing and implementing professional/organizational development initiatives for business and industry throughout northern and northeastern Wisconsin.  In 2010 she founded and served as Visionary Leader for the Northwoods Women in Business networking organization until leaving in 2015 and led the coordination and launch of the Northwoods Women’s Business Conference in 2014 and 2015.  After relocating to the Green Bay area, in 2018 Michelle founded the Northeast Wisconsin (N.E.W.) Women’s Business Summit, a day of “empowHERment” dedicated for women…by women in business, held annually in Green Bay, WI.  It is through her experience and passion for entrepreneurs…especially she’preneurs,” that led to the creation of her own consulting business, the Atuni Group and the weHub Business Membership Directory and Resource Hub for Women Entrepreneurs and rebranded the N.E.W. Women’s Business Summit to be the weHub Women Entrepreneurs Summit.  

An enrolled member of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of WI, in 2015 Michelle was recognized as a Native American Woman in Community Leadership by the Wisconsin Women of Color.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science from Mount Mary University and is currently working toward being a Certified Facilitator for Everything DiSC and a Certified Dream Manager.
