ABOUT ME
I help teams understand themselves and others to build better businesses I Productivity I Performance I Profitability My work focuses upon putting people at the centre of organisational success, through the development of brain centred working practices and policies which support psychologically safe workplaces. Since 2008, I have studied and researched how the brain drives behaviour and the links between increased awareness, wellbeing and performance. My work has enabled me to apply some of the latest evidenced thinking from Neuroscience and Behavioural Psychology to the workplace, enabling managers and team members to introduce more brain friendly working which leads to increased personal and organisational wellbeing and performance.

As a Professional Facilitator I am passionate about people development and delivering long lasting solutions. My enthusiasm comes from seeing individuals release their inner potential, through healthier and smarter brain based working practices which add value to a business and increase the overall wellbeing and performance of the organisation.

Expertise:
My expertise comes from some 30+ years of practical leadership and management experience, underpinned with over two decades of studying human behaviour, positve psychology, mental health, mindfulness and the application of neuroscience in the workplace.

Proven Track Record:
As a Principal learning Consultant and founder of Jigsaw@work, I have a proven track record for delivering measurable results with a wide range of organisations from across the UK and internationally.

Unique Offering:
Identifying the need for a simple, practical based discovery tool, that could be delivered in a non-threatening manner led me, and my partner to develop the Jigsaw discovery tool, which is fast becoming a market leader in behavioural profiling for frontline teams and aspiring leaders.

Memberships:
In addition to being a Professional Member of ATD, I am a CIPD qualified facilitator (Distinction,) a Fellow of the Institute of Training & Occupational Learning and a qualified Mental Health First Aider

My goal is:
To provide learning solutions for indivdiuals and organisations which make a real difference. To deliver measurable lasting results, by working with the brain rather than against it releasing potential, adding value, enabling healthy working practices and ultimately helping organisations to grow exponentially.
