My name is Nora Melgar.

I am a learning professional with over five years of instructional design experience. I am seeking to build my freelance business as an instructional designer while continuing my position as an Accounting/Financial Supervisor.

I reside in Los Angeles, California. I earned my B.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Data Analysis and MEd in Learning Design and Technology at the University of Southern California. 

It is my goal as an instructional design consultant to use my interdisciplinary skills to support organizations and projects that drive key diversity initiatives.
