Omega Green is currently a Manager of Talent and Leadership Development at Verizon, as well as an Adjunct Professor at Union County College.  Her unique business talents coupled with a passion for creating long-term solutions renders her skills a key asset to the business.   

 

 

 

Over the past 17 years Omega has amassed experience in executive relations, data sales management, developing our executive leadership team, leading high performance trainers as well as sphereheading our communication strategy.  She has extensive experience in curriculum development and design with an emphasis on solution based selling - designed at driving sales performance. Today, Omega is engaged in designing succession programs for high potential leaders and driving the innovation and strategy for new ways of learning.   

 

 

 

In 2013, Omega led many Earth Day showcases at elementary schools in NJ.  These events aimed to improve awareness on using tablets in the classroom to reduce our consumption of natural resources and to introduce mobile technology in today's learning environments.  In addition, she facilitated technology sessions for employees at the NFL headquarters  in NYC and several ‘Mommy Blogger’ events at Twitter National Headquarters.     

 

 

 

Omega holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication & Leadership as well as two certifications in Change Management and Diversity & Globalization from Seton Hall University located in South Orange, NJ.
