I am always searching for a good craft beer, dog to pet and ways to build better people. Any leads?

Over a decade ago, I quit my "job" in corporate recruiting and devoted a career to coaching, which kicked off with the University of Arizona men's lacrosse team. Since then I've coached lacrosse, rugby, and wreslting at almost every level. 

I made a shift from locker rooms to board rooms, spending a time as corporate wellness director and consultant. Now, I have the privelage to lead a group of rockstars as the Director of Talent Development for Ewing Irrigation - the largest family-owned supplier of landscape and water management products in the country. I get to work with great people and we have fun all day, everyday.

I bring an obnoxious amount of energy and positivity when relentlessly exploring ways to extract and develop human capital and transform team cultures. I also get geeked out by social science, human behavior, and the learning process.

In my down time, I'm an aging rugby player and jiu-jitsu competitor desperately hanging on to his inner competitive athlete, and usually sipping a craft beer while thinking about where I want to travel to next.
