My personal mission is to help people improve their quality of life through education and career development.  I understand the importance of connecting people with the right opportunities to fulfill their dreams through their careers, avocations, and passions.  I started out in recruiting and discovered that I could bring resources and ideas to the table to make dreams come true for students, artists, service organizations, and the unemployed.  Having earned my MBA in 2007, I have taught and written e-learning content for career development at the collegiate level.  In 2019, I earned my MSED in Learning Design and Technology, from Purdue University.  I am prepared to meet education and training needs for a variety of learners.
