Pam Brown is the Lead Organizational Development Consultant of CAMC University and holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership Development. Pam has 20 years of experience in areas of leadership and management and 5 years in Organizational Development and Change Management.  She has received facilitation certifications through DDI, Vital Smarts, Just Culture, and Team STEPPS.  Pam's most recent accomplishment is receiving a certification through Acuity Institute as aChange Management Professional.  Pam provides consultation, coaching and facilitation in the areas of change management, facilitation techniques, problem-solving techniques, meeting planning and design, leadership and employee development, teambuilding, and performance management. Pam is a member of  the Society for Human Resource Management, the OD Network,  ATD and WV ATD Chapter. During her free time, she devotes her time to her family- her husband, two children and five grandchildren.  She enjoys reading, spending time with her friends, and time at the beach.
