As the Chief People Officer for Foresight Mental Health, I am committed to building a healthy organization to deliver on our purpose of improving access to care. I am passionate about building culture, attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining people; thus giving Team Members the opportunity for personal and professional growth; while cultivating Leadership throughout the organization. Building high-performing teams while leading from a belief that the role of CPO is to serve others so they can be as effective and successful as they can be enabling them to add value to the organization. I am driven by purpose and centered around creating culture, building cohesive teams, creating organizational clarity, driving team member engagement, developing leadership capabilities at an organizational and individual level, and creating the structure and process to support the organization and our mission.
