I have 7 years of experience as an instructional designer and 4 years as a trainer for an intraoral scanner device, called iTero Element, that not only captures the geography of the oral cavity, but also has tools that support oral education for patients to make more informed treatment decisions.

In these seven years of development in the field of talent development, I have been able to develop educational programs, educational videos, coordinate localization (translation + market specifics), and learn about asynchronous teaching methods and MOOCs.
