I am part of an amazing team that provides continuing professional education with the Illinois CPA Society. We have a membership base of over 24000 members, the vast majority of whom need CPE to keep their CPA licenses and credentials up-to-date.

My role within the education team is to approach learning in new and innovative ways. The days of a room full of people listening to a talking head at a podium are rapidly diminishing, and we must adapt to these changes to remain current and relevant. Education should be immersive, exciting and memorable. It should make an impression in such a way that someone can walk away inspired and apply what they have just learned into their workplace.

Education is a life-long pursuit, and something I am very passionate about.
