? 15 Years of corporate decision making and managerial level experience in Indian/ international organizations in the areas of HR Management, Learning and Development, defining competency frameworks, succession planning, aligning local processes to global frameworks, HR consulting for organizations in varied industry segments for process and productivity improvements.

OD Projects undertaken in organizations1. Transitioning from Kirkpatrick model to 6 Disciplines model
As a convener, my responsibilities included building a case for a new inclusive model that would align with the evolving context of the organization, the business need and provide with realistic understanding of skill building in the organization, thereby eliminating computing complexities. My role included leading and guiding the project team apart from being a key member for implementation. I achieved a smooth transition to the new model.
2. Learning Embedding & Amplification Process {LEAP}
A Leadership Development Program, it included understanding the organization’s case for building leadership pipeline, understanding current and future competencies required, gap analysis in competencies, designing interventions for participants, aiding learning application and building review mechanisms for effectiveness. The group size of the participants was 36. I have managed this intervention from concept to review of learning effectiveness.
3. Change Management Interventions
I partnered with different teams to understand skill-will issues. I designed multiple interventions for many businesses. Projects managed include DRiFT (Doing it Right First Time - a project aimed at reducing excesses), Project S (drawing synergies between Manufacturing and Support Teams), Project BEST (Building Effective Sales Team - a large and long-term intervention that included over 400 sales engineers and spread across the country), iRelate (intervention aimed at cascading organizational values among people)
4. Capacity Building through HR Consulting
While employed with KPMG in the Middle East, I partnered with eminent national and public sector organizations including Oman Air (national carrier of Sultanate of Oman), Mazoon Electricity Company (National Electricity Company), PDO (Petroleum Development of Oman), PASI (apex body managing Social Security Fund in Oman) and leading banks in the region including Bank Muscat, Bank Dhofar, National Bank of Oman, HSBC Oman on projects like Competency Mapping, Process Mapping, Compensation Survey, Organograms, Job Descriptions, HR Process Audit and Key Position Hiring.

Recognition
Recipient of the GE Asia Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) Scholarship in 1996. STAR rewards winners with a stipend of US$ 1500. Of the ten recipients awarded the STAR scholarship from 10,000+ applicants, I was one among three Indians.
