My role included leading and guiding the project team apart from being a key member for implementation. I achieved a smooth transition to the new model.

A Leadership Development Program, it included understanding the organization’s case for building leadership pipeline, understanding current and future competencies required, gap analysis in competencies, designing interventions for participants, aiding learning application and building review mechanisms for effectiveness.
