My focus is to solve problems big and small using tools that I continue to sharpen and adding new ones to my toolbox with every book, article, and study that I read. As an instructional designer, my favorite tool is activity and scenario based courses that trigger light bulb moments fueling new behaviors in my participants. I'm a lifelong learner at heart that will never stop growing and always bringing along others with me in the journey.
