Hello! My name is Rebecca, but I go by Becca. I'm a senior instructional designer at SAP. 

I stumbled into a training and facilitation role in 2011. I quickly realized that (1) I loved it, and (2) I had no idea what I was actually doing and ought to try to fix that. So, I went back to school for a master's in Information & Learning Technology. Then I got a coaching certificate with Erickson International... and now here I am, expanding my knowledge with ATD! 

I live in Pittsburgh, PA, with my husband and two spoiled cats. When I'm not at my desk, you can (or can't) find me exploring the un-beaten paths of the city or western PA, whether by foot or by bike. I also love to make just about anything: food, music, art, knits.
