ABOUT ME
Rebecca S. Ayers, PhD, oversees all reimbursable performance management services provided by the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM). She is also the program manager for USA Performance, OPM’s automated performance management system. Ayers has facilitated and worked with both public and nonprofit organizations to identify organizational goals, develop strategic plans, and implement performance management systems. Her research and writing focus on individual and organizational performance in federal agencies. Ayers holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a master’s from the University of Bath, England, and a PhD from North Carolina State University.
