Regina has over thirty years’ experience working in highly-regulated industries and over twenty years’ experience in training and development.   She worked at a tire factory in Oklahoma for almost 20 years, starting as an hourly employee in a job that required her to handle 8 tons of rubber in an 8-hour shift, and working her way up the ladder to Department Manager while also attending college and raising a family. She was offered the Training and Communications Manager Position in 2004 because of her interest in developing her team and she has been in the field ever since.
