Rita Risser Chai is an author, lawyer, facilitator and speaker who has delivered 1,000+ presentations in 38 states to learners forced to be in her programs on legal compliance, stress management, and well-being. She has trained 100s of SMEs and trainers to facilitate HR topics, safety, and environmental compliance. TD Magazine published two of her articles on anti-harassment training. In 1989, Rita founded Fair Measures to provide legal training for managers. She designed and developed courses, and hired, trained and coached lawyer-trainers around the country. As a leader in her professional community, she was on the board of the Hawaii Chapter of ATD, presented at the ATD Leadership Conference, and was appointed by the Hawaii Supreme Court to the state Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being. A Berkeley graduate, she is certified as a Forgive for Good facilitator, Stress and Wellness Consultant, and instructor of yoga, meditation and Pilates. For fun, she has performed improv and stand-up.
