Robert Hambrick
ABOUT ME

Robert Hambrick has worked as an instructional designer and educational technology specialist for over 20 years. His field of expertise is in eLearning Accessibility, Mobile Technology, and Web 2.0 tools, a set of next-generation Internet technologies which enable users to create, share, collaborate and communicate online.

Robert is deeply committed to helping learners understand the transformational power of technology.  Due to his expertise in teaching and learning with technology and his powerful message of empowerment for persons with disabilities he has been an invited speaker at Educause.  He is knowledgeable in the use of Web 2.0 technologies, eLearning production with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, and Lectora Inspire.  He is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.

Robert has a master’s degree in Instructional Technology from North Carolina State University, where he was also an adjunct instructor in the College of Education.  He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from Liberty University. Robert is an invited member of Phi Kappa Phi, a national honor society that recognizes the superior scholarship and academic excellence of the top 10% of graduate students.  He is currently certified as an Adobe Captivate Specialist and a Totara systems administrator for the National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho.
