My diversity in experience and education has turned me into a business Swiss-army knife. This has served me well in my 25years in the Training & OD field. Understanding the finance, operations, sales, and other aspects of a business at a practical level has made me much more effective as a trainer, process improvement facilitator, strategic partner, and leader.
