Develops and conducts personnel management and teams programs, effective teamwork, commercial negotiation, assessment and executive coaching, as well as strategic clarification processes.
His most recent works include organizations such as : AmBev, Alcatel-Lucent, Arteris, GM Finantial Services, Caterpillar, Carrefour, Arcelor Mittal, Ecorodovias, Freudenberg, GE Gas and Oil, Kellog´s, LATAM Linhas Aéreas, Nestlé, Sanofi e TV Globo both in Brazil and Latin America.
In the past, he assumed managerial functions at Citibank for Latin America (education area), was a partner at Trígono Consultores and Hay Group’s global partner and director of consultancy services.
Has published several articles in newspapers and magazines both in Brazil and in Latin America, including articles for HBR in both regions.
B.S. degree in Public Relations at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE), Buenos Aires. He has specialization in Internal Communications and Corporate Image at Confederación Iberoamericana de Comunicación y Relaciones Públicas, Barcelona. Rolando is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
