Rosie Reyes is a human resources leader at Baptist Health South Florida, a Fortune 100 company.  In her role, Rosie and her team bring together the needed resources to support strategic initiatives to enhance learning, development, and the employee onboarding experience. She is also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Her years of experience at Baptist Health have allowed Rosie to work with all levels of leadership and gain understanding of operations throughout the organization. Rosie has a deep appreciation for learning from, and sharing knowledge with, leaders who want to be a part of the learning and upskilling journey in support of driving change and innovative approaches in healthcare.
