Sadhan is a credentialed Learning & Development professional (CPLP^®) and a trained Executive Coach (ACC). Currently, he heads the Training & Development function at Johnson & Johnson. In his current role, he is responsible to create a world-class learning organization at Johnson & Johnson to drive capability across the organization and turn the function into a true business driver.

He brings a unique blend of a learning professional with a robust background in sales management, spanning over 20 years that helps him proactively engage and partner with business. He holds a Six Sigma for Training Effectiveness. 

Before joining Johnson & Johnson, he led learning teams at Smiths Medical India and Merck (MSD).

He is an active member of Association for Talent Development. (ATD, formerly ASTD) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

He regularly contributes to ATD’s journal T&D, International Coach Federation (ICF)-Coaching World and IEDP (Ideas for Leaders, a global platform of academics and industry). Currently he is penning down his first book on Personal Branding titled ‘5CXOs of You Inc.’ to be published later this year.

Sadhan is married to Moumita for 15 years and has a 14- year daughter, Trisha.
