I'm a dedicated, career corporate trainer who's growing into a full Learning & Development Specialist. My career started in late 2005 as a traveling client trainer for a subsidiary of Paychex. I did 100% travel for five years while conducting onsite trianings to our client's administrators and supervisors. I August of 2010 I stepped up to Paylocity where I spent my first eight years as an internal trianer for our new hires. In 2018 I moved to our client training team where I spend my time conducting client trainings and developing training content. In December of 2018 I passed the APTD exam and I will be taking the CPTD exams in March / April of this year. I will then be looking for a masters program focused on adult learning or data analytics.
