Dr. Sean Bailey is a highly respected senior researcher, trainer, leadership coach, author and keynote speaker. He is the founder and CEO of BCG- North America Corp© dba BCG Learning Solutions, an organizational development and corporate training company. He is also the Chairman of the Bailey Institute for Research and Development, a private research institute bridging the gap between research and practical application. For the past 20 years, he has specialized in process improvement, professional development, and evidence-based learning supporting organizational leaders and their staff improve workplace effectiveness and operational efficiency. He often speaks about self-management and improving personal systems to help develop productive habits and a growth mindset.

Dr. Bailey is certified as a Professional in Learning and Performance through the Associated for Talent Development with diverse experience consulting with local municipalities, nonprofits, women, and minority-owned businesses. He has served as an instructor with several universities and is a current instructor with the Bailey Institute. Dr. Bailey holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness from Creighton University. He completed his Executive MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Service from Strayer University in Washington, DC. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management with a minor in Psychology from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. He has been a presenter/facilitator at many professional conferences both domestically and abroad.
