My background as a professional is dual. During the first half of my career, I generated new business and drove revenue growth for several employers. I have worked as a sales support officer, account manager, consultant, head of a department, a senior officer of lending operations, and investment manager. Eleven years ago, I decided to venture into a complete career shift and work as a talent development professional. Today, I can transform a company’s talent development and learning department into an enabling function that effectively manages to support the strategy and critical priorities of the organization. Bringing out the best in employees and teams is my passion. I consider myself a passionate life-long learner. My experiences working and living in seven countries across Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and North America have allowed me to develop a solid intercultural and global mindset.
