Sergio Ezama is the chief talent officer and CHRO Global Functions and Groups at PepsiCo, where he leads the company-wide efforts across all talent management and acquisition areas while providing leadership to the overall HR agenda for all of the global teams (including innovation, design, e-commerce, marketing, global sales, R&D, supply chain, finance, and our global business services organization). Sergio joined PepsiCo in Spain in 2001 and enjoyed a rich and diverse number of experiences in Europe and the US. Sergio holds a BS in law from the University of Deusto and several master’s degrees (juridical practice, human resources management and health and safety management). Most recently, he is a Harvard alumnus after completing the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
