Organizational Dvelopment and Diversity & Inclusion Specialist
I serve as a strategist for diversity and inclusion and organizational development. My responsibilities include the design and development of Global Talent Management programs and processes, including Performance Management, Coaching, and Mentoring and D&I programs which align with Braskem's global processes and strategy. I am also accountable for cultivating the Diversity & Inclusion training strategy, select and hiring external consultants and trainers. I collaborate with Talent Attraction to develop an inclusive recruiting strategy and reporting, as well as incorporating D&I best practices to ensure inclusive procedures and policies.
