She’s never happier than when she can dig into a learning need and find a learning solution that can help people grow and perform better.

Sharron believes that a good learning professional is a continuous learner. Sharron upskills cleverly by reading professional journals and blogs, attending Conferences like ATD International Conference & Expo, participating in trainings and professional member associations like ATD, reading the latest research, or just spending time thinking about how to design and guide learning.

Sharron holds a MS in Human Development (with a concentration in adult learning and human resource development) from Virginia Tech University and a BA in English from Chatham College.
