ABOUT ME

To provide Operational Leadership, by defining sales strategy, developing and executing teams operational plan. Execute and maintain all processes and initiatives in accordance with policy and procedure. Ensure all operations are conducted within the constraints. Define operations plans, processes and procedures, working with the existing and new managers and developing them as well.

 

Also responsible for all major learning needs analysis initiatives with the areas of focus for instructional design: sales,management, orientation/new hire, technology conversions, compliance, creativity to plan, organize, and develop engaging learning solutions.  Manage updates to instructional design standards and direct e-learning conversions. Lead Facilitator of courses across all subject areas focusing on the MasterCard Campaign, and New Hire Orientation.
