Stanley started his career with Marathon in 2o1o and has over 6 years of training and development experience in the oil and gas industry, with speciality in training design and delivery.

Stanley helped design and develop MEGPL’s Leadership Skills Development Program (LSDP) which was rolled out in April 2010. This is a one year leadership program for high potential employees-48 employees have graduated from the program. In additional to his role as the LSDP coordinator, Stanley is a Certified Trainer and helps with facilitation and training delivery for the program.

Prior to joining Marathon, Stanley worked for 3 years with Mobil Equatorial Guinea Inc; an ExxonMobil’s subsidiary in Equatorial Guinea working as a Training & Development Specialist responsible for coordinating and scheduling different company sponsored programs and training initiatives.

Stanley received his Bachelor’s of Arts Degree from the University Of Delhi, India. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

When Stanley is not busy doing Marathon’s work, he spends time with his family and enjoys imparting knowledge to others. He loves playing football and a big supporter of Chelsea FC and Real Madrid football clubs.

Stanley is married with two daughters (ages 5 and 1) and currenlty lives in Houston, Texas.
