As a consultant, technical producer, and facilitator, Stephen Otterstrom spends each day empowering people (himself included) through knowledge and inspiration. 

Most of his career has been in hospitality. Although he has worked in many different positions, the core thread that made each job rewarding was the opportunity to interact with varied cultures, personalities, languages, and perspectives.  He tries to apply the spirit of hospitality to everything he does. 

On a personal note, Stephen loves spending time outside. During the summer he keeps a substantial vegetable garden, and recently he began keeping bees. Though he’s not an accomplished musician, playing the guitar is one of his favorite ways to relax and prepare himself for whatever the next day may bring.
