I'm the Director of Learning & Development for PayrollOrg (formerly the American Payroll Association) with two certifications: Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). As a business strategist, I plan, design, and implement payroll education curricula for PayrollOrg and affilidated companies. Previously, I developed, reviewed and presented APA training courses as the Director of Payroll Training. Initially, I coordinated speakers for APA conferences, seminars and other meetings as the Director of Speaker Administration.
