ABOUT ME

I have over 20 years of extensive experience in leadership development. This experience includes designing and administering business area and enterprisewide leadership development programs, customizing and delivering courses, conducting needs analysis, designing high performance learning journeys, and measuring course/program outcomes.

Additionally, I have built effective business partnerships with senior leaders and human resources through consultation to determine which leanring solution, if applicable, will close a developmental gap for a specific leadership competency.

My areas of expertise are leadership development, performance improvement, program design, instructor-led facilitation, learning transfer, project management, measurement, targeted selection interviewing, coaching and feedback, and administering and debriefing assessments (e.g., DISC, Harrison, EQ-i 2.0, ISI, and CSI).
