He combines the aspect of deep mindset shifts (transformation) with practical Human Capability building. TOMMY TAN, is a Human Resources practitioner with a wealth of practical experience in fields of leadership development and team management. With regional exposure he has more than 20 years of leadership experience in different atmosphere and cultures across the Asia Pacific region.

Tommy is an active Facilitator and his expertise is in creating service & workplace learning cultures in organizations and measuring the impact of workplace learning and performance improvement interventions. In the area of consulting, Tommy is instrumental in forging business partnerships with HR/Business stakeholders and has vast experience in developing and implementing workplace & performance solutions for Service Leadership Development, Job Redesign, Service Values Alignment, and Competency Mapping for Service Excellence Framework and Team Bonding across industries. 

On the more technical side, he develops project, process management and service leadership skills together with training, instructional and facilitation skills.
