Dr. Tammy Means is Chief Learning Officer of Learning Services & Solutions, Inc., an SBA Certified Woman-Owned Business, Certified State (MS) Minority-Owned Business, and SBA Emerging Leader. The firm has divisions: Executive Assistance, Learning & Professional Development, Software Design & Support, and Project Management. Although Dr. Means has expertise in multiple arenas, her true passion is developing people. Dr. Means has provided provided learning and development and information technology services for individuals and industries throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Tammy has a broad range of expertise in computer technologies and human capital development through both education and work experience earning her Bachelors in Software Engineering Technology, Masters in Computer Engineering Technology, and Doctor of Philosophy in Human Capital Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her most recent projects are aiding individuals to reach their professional development goals, helping organizations in learning transfer, content direction, integrating health systems with electronics health records and practice management systems, helping organizations fully utilize information technology systems and helping small businesses effectively manage their projects. Tammy also serves as adjunct professor for a local university teaching information technology, human resource, and leadership development courses.
