I am a Learning Manager supporting collections operations. Originally from Philadelphia, and relocated to Ohio about 5 months ago. I started my journey with Barclaycard 9 years ago as a collections account manager. In April of 2013 I accepted a role as a Sr. Quality Analyst joining the Barclaycard Learning and Quality (BLQA) team. My work and achievements in the quality space afforded me the privilege to take advantage of a trainer project role, which was an experience that prepared me for my current position. I'm honestly still fairly new to the L&D world and very excited for any opportunity to enhance my skillsets and learn a new way and different approach. When I'm not working I enjoy face timing family and friends back home and singing.
