ABOUT ME

Theresa Falance has over 30 years of developing and implementing workforce planning, human development, and performance improvement strategies through systematically strengthening competencies, refining procedures, and rewarding quality. For the past 20 years she has consulted to Federal Government Agencies as a specialist in human capital strategy, organizational development, and performance improvement. She has served as the quality controller for federal policy and procedure documentation and as a program manager with diverse tasks and up to 100 subordinates. Ms. Falance employs industry best practices to develop customized solutions to complex problems, taking guidance from instructional design theory, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management Science. She has served as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University for Usability and at George Mason University in the Instructional Design Department.
