Theresa Smith has worked in the field of learning and development since 2005, with the last five years being in a completely virtual environment. She draws on her experience to share with those new to training and with seasoned professionals looking for ways to grow and improve their skills. In addition to an associate of arts degree, she has attained multiple certificates in areas of L&D as well as post-crisis leadership.
