Tina Gates, M.S., M.S.Ed. is an learning & development leader who specializes in the use of technology to solve training and learning issues. Beginning her professional career as a software developer, she was able to gain skills in technical project management and leadership as she rose up the ranks to a respected senior developer. In that role, she mentored other developers and started the foundation of her organization’s training program.   Tina comes from a diverse educational background; Tina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Master of Science in Education degree in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University.
