Todd Strosnider
ABOUT ME

For nearly 20 years, Todd has focused his career on developing leaders and teams through innovative programs, tools and systems. His early career focused supporting and educating new supervisors to combat turnover and increase engagement. He has since built and led teams responsible for executing the learning and development strategy for over 10,000 employees. Todd strives to align the learning goals with the company's vision and work diligently to design and deliver development opportunities for front-line colleagues to senior leaders.

Before forming his own consultancy partnering with Degreed to implement the technology with various clients across multiple industries, Todd served on the Executive Team of the large, multi-national community association firm based in Dallas, Texas. He worked alongside key leaders from across the organization to design and implement programs aligned with the company’s mission, vision and values. Todd and his team introduced a company-wide performance management process, high-potential leadership development programs and career development paths. Todd is skilled in facilitation and has led several conferences hosting over 300 leaders, quarterly offsite meetings for the 20 person executive team and monthly virtual town hall meetings with over 500 participants.

Todd spent his earlier career in various roles within the Human Resources function. He prides himself on successfully introducing new programs and processes in various industries from retail to healthcare and financial services. Other areas of expertise include employee surveys, succession planning, talent reviews, 360 assessments and various learning programs focused on building a positive employee experience to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Todd earned his MBA with a concentration in Organization Development from the University of Dallas, and a Bachelors degree in Communication from Texas A&M University. He also has earned several certifications in multiple assessment tools, including Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and DDI.
