As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager my primary responsibilites include but are not limited to:

Assist in adding an e-learning component to our training (yes, we know that we are late to the game)
• Be one of our in-house sales training experts
• Assist in developing and implementing the Sales Development business plan
• personally deliver classroom and field sales training
• Continually update instructional design and delivery methodologies and standards
• Work closely and consult with sales leaders to identify training needs, develop curriculum, determine the best or best combination of training vehicles, utilize new technologies, deliver training and assess results
• Consult with management and coordinate with other company departments
