I am passionate about learning, facilitation, and training event project management. With over 6+ years of learning needs assessments, instructional design, and facilitation, I aim to provide all learners an intuitive, fulfilling training experience that will have them coming back for more be it in person, virtually, or through self-guided formats.

To me, adult learning is about storytelling and memorable experiences. Nothing is more satisfying than feedback at the end of a session and learners sharing their favorite part of the training and where they can get more.
