Vikki is currently with Ascend Performance Materials, a global, private manufacturing company in the Chemicals Industry.  She is currently part of the Human Resources Team, partnering with the functional leaders to develop organizational strategies to assess and grow the capability of their respective teams.  To connect workforce decisions to business results, she is also progressing the development of an organization wide workforce planning process. Prior to joining Ascend Performance Materials, she spent over 11 years in the Oil & Gas Industry and was leading the organizational development and talent acquisition strategy for one of the largest segment at National Oilwell Varco. Her experiences include accounting, internal controls, tax, information systems, project management and supply chain.  Throughout her career, she has worked in Brazil, China, Mexico, Norway, Oman, Thailand and The United Arab of Emirates.  Vikki holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
