I've been in the Training and Development field for four years and was previously in Athletic Administration and Collegiate Athletics. It seems I've been in some form of training my entire career.

I work in HR as the Coordinator for Training and Development. The most rewarding aspect of my position is to see Associates grow not only within the company but using the tools they have obatined from training in their everyday activities. 

In my free time, I enjoy being with family, friends, and riding my motorcycle.
