William Baker is a qualified Human Performance Technology professional who completed his PhD work at Capella University. He holds a MBA from Wesleyan University. His study, “Human Performance Technology Concept Method to Decrease Team Conflict and Increase Mission Effectiveness,” was recently accepted and presented at the Tactical Network Testbed(TNT) experimentation event.
