Yao Huang
ABOUT ME

Dr. Yao Huang received her Ph.D. in the Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies program at Florida State University. Her work focuses on researching and teaching Human Performance Technology (HPT) and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) within workforce development. Her current research focuses on HPT interventions, especially how technologies such as mobile and augmented reality enhance performance support in the workplace.

Yao holds a master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Memphis and a certificate in Human Performance Technology from Florida State University. Yao has more than 10-year working experience in the learning and development field.
