My background includes designing, developing, and implementing training.  I have experience in classroom and online delivery, and have taught various courses within the management, marketing, and analysis arenas. 

I have the ability to communicate with cross-departmental staff, and to capture training requirements.  I excel at delivering powerful and targeted training sessions and instructional materials to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and measure its success.
