Jane started her career working for a pioneer Internet company in China, and acted in several roles from technology to business development in the Internet field until 2009. She then transferred into a career in learning and development. She worked for an e-learning company that served international pharmaceutical companies in China. Since 2011, Jane has worked for Volkswagen Academy China as an e-learning manager. In seven years, she has worked on several projects including e-learning content localization and development, mobile learning development and implementation, virtual training establishment and Train-the-Trainer program, blended learning program development and implementation, VW dealer simulation program development, SAM for microlearning content development, gamification TTT programs, and augmented and virtual reality application development for training use.
