I work as the Content and Community Lead for Adobe Captivate Prime. This is Adobe's Learning Management System, the latest addition to a repertoire of eLearning tools. I work on writing about the product and how it is useful to customers. This involves an in-depth understanding of product features and the industry. Something I am still working on. I work closely with Product Management, Customer Support, and Engineering. I also interact with customers to understand particular use cases. I've been with Adobe for a little over a year. It's been a great journey so far, both personally and professionally.
