Beth McGoldrick, co-author of Needs Assessment Basics 2nd edition, has won awards for training projects she designed and developed. She has over 18 years of experience in training & development in the insurance industry and academia. Beth graduated from Boise State University with a Master's of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning. Additionally Beth is the author of a chapter on front-end analysis in "Cases on Human Performance Improvement Technologies" as well as multiple articles in industry journals.
