Bobbi Blath started her career in banking back in 1997 and joined the Learning and Development team in 2002. During that time, she helped facilitate approximately 780 employees each year. She then took her knowledge of facilitation and managed the retail side of banking as a Retail Operations Officers in 2012.

 

 

In 2016 she joined First Dakota National Bank where she consults with different departments and creates curriculum to be facilitated as ILT, VC and eLearning.
